On Saturday 20th July, we were the chosen wedding caterers for the marriage of Kimberley and Sam who married at Ta Mill near Launceston. The guests could nibble on the canapes and mingle in the courtyard with drinks served by the Ta Mill team.

Guests were then called to sit, heading down the lawn to a lovely Hatch marquee. Erica from Bleujen Florists created show stopping table centre pieces that lifted the whole space with bright floral colours.

To accompany guests received dishes of hot new potatoes; mixed green leaf salad with wholegrain mustard and olive oil dressing; classic creamy coleslaw; fusilli, spinach, pine nut, pesto and parmigiano reggiano; and cous cous with roasted peppers, red onion, sun dried tomato and fresh herbs along with a selection of assorted condiments, artisan breads and Cornish butter.

Midweek Wedding Catering

For dessert, we served our famous sharing platters adorned with banoffee pie, white and dark chocolate brownie, miniature raspberry pavlova and chocolate orange mousse pots along with bowls of Cornish clotted cream. To finish, we poured each guest a cup of fresh filter coffee or English breakfast tea, as the Ta Mill team served bubbly ready for the speeches.

Following the speeches, we cleared the tables and packed away the kitchen whilst the eleven band members set up ready to entertain the guests through the evening.
