We were privileged to be caterers recently for a superb wedding just over the Devon border in Bude, Cornwall. Victoria and Sam – the bride and groom – transformed her parents back garden into one of the most beautiful venues we’ve had the pleasure of working in this year. Due to their organisation and attention to detail a fantastic time was had by all.
For our part, we served home made canapes, followed by a hot two course meal followed by a trio of desserts: lemon tart, chocolate brownie and raspberry sorbet.
In the evening, because Victoria is from Cornwall, and Sam from Leicestershire, we served Cornish pasties and Melton Mowbray pork pies.
Afterwards we were delighted to receive the following testimonial from Victoria’s mum via Facebook..
